Associated Laboratories has begun complete staff training and parallel order entries with it's new LIMS system and expect to go live in the very near future. With all the new features our new system brings to the table it is critical that our implementation process and testing be as thorough as possible. Our desire is that the switch will be as transparent as possible to our client base while providing them with a rich new experience and feature set. We are very excited about the enhanced capabilities we will soon be offering to our Customers. Our goal is to increase the quality of Customer Service and Support to ever higher levels beyond what our Customers have already come to expect from us. Stay tuned.
