Microbiology

The Microbiology Department offers a wide range of services. Along with the routine analyses for Standard Plate Count, Coliform, Yeast and Mold, etc., it also measures many of the pathogenic bacteria such as Salmonella, Listeria, Staphyllococcus and more. The Microbiology Department also performs measurements for extraneous materials following strict FDA/AOAC or USDA protocols.
